You might be hesitant to trust another coach.
Honestly? I am, too.
Whether it was a freebie, a $9 tool, a six-week training, or a “WhatHaveIDone?” coaching program, I’ve probably hired 30 and lurked around a few more. Yet I’d only recommend four who were what they seemed to be, delivered what they sold, and fulfilled their promises.
In a world where anyone can call themselves a “coach,” it’s hard to know who really has the depth, training, and integrity to walk with you—not just be a good marketer – or a power seller.
I trained as a counselor before serving as a hospital and hospice chaplain for 20 years, walking into rooms where trust wasn’t given—it had to be earned. That taught me a lot about showing up with compassion, honesty, and zero pressure.
I’m also a coach who’s personally maintained weight loss for 12+ years after a long struggle with emotional eating. I don’t offer magic fixes. I offer real conversations, doable steps, and the kind of steady support that helps you come home to yourself again.
If you’re curious but cautious, that’s okay. Take your time. Read a post. Ask a question. Download something free. Let trust build the way it should—over time, not overnight.
And when you’re ready, I’ll be here—not to convince you, but to walk with you.
In that spirit, I do have a new resource for you – click here
