We forget that so much of what we eat is driven by emotions. Not logic. Not best intent. Not “best for you”. If this were not true, we would always make the right food choices. For the first month, we’ll talk weekly to help you build a good foundation. In months two and three, we’ll talk twice to help you stay on track but also balance on your own and begin to see your strength growing. This will provide accountability as well as tackle any issues that trip you along the way.
Month one: talk weekly by Skype or FaceTime (four sessions)
Months two and three: talk either the first and third weeks or the second and fourth weeks
