When everything piles up, we usually go for food that comforts us.  Or maybe that extra glass of wine.

When we’re feeling emotional, we DON’T grab

  • The healthy foods
  • The vegan/sugar-free/low carb stuff
  • The homemade stuff
  • The vegetables

Instead we go straight for something that we THINK will bring us comfort (you know – bread, pasta, sugar-loaded sweets, chips, etc)

The KEY to reaching your goals is not focusing on the food – it’s managing the stress and overwhelm we feel as we go through our daily lives.

Because that’s the stuff that drives you to WANT to eat foods that make weight loss so stinkin’ hard.

When I hit that wall, I found myself always saying:

“Face your stuff, don’t stuff your face.”


Easy to say, harder to do.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1: We use a Metabolic Typing system to help you find the best food for your body.  And what you should avoid.  This helps you stay on track easier by giving your body what it specifically needs.

Step 2: You get 8 group coaching sessions with me to help you with all the issues you face that knock you off track on the way to your goals. 

Step 3: You get emergency access to me via Voxer between sessions during the 8-week program.

Step 4: You get a one-on-one session with me to ask me anything and really hone in on what stops you. (I love these sessions and you will too!)

So what is the Program exactly?


You will get 8 Group Sessions over three months:   We’ll meet every other week to help you stay on track but also balance on your own and begin to see your strength growing.  This will provide accountability as well as tackle any issues that trip you along the way.

The group sessions will be on Mondays at 7:00 pm US Central time on the following dates:
April 3, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 19, and June 26.
All sessions will be recorded.

Metabolic Typing evaluation and 1 on 1 review — I want you to be on the right eating program for your body type so I will give you a metabolic evaluation and then go over the results with you on an individual call.

One-on-One Private Session — I will meet with you privately on Zoom or Facetime to discuss any specific issues, problems, or concerns you have that you might not want to ask in the group.

You also get my two video courses:  

Emotional Eating:  Triggers and Solutions online video course. This is my fast-start foundation program to make sure you understand the fundamentals and are primed to make the bigger changes.  

My full online video course, Overcome Emotional Eating: What’s Really Eating You, is an in-depth training you can refer to repeatedly.  

BONUS: You can text or Voxer me for any emergency question or issue during the three-month program.  This is not for everyday use, but when something goes off the rails, you can reach out to me.
