Happy Thanksgiving!

In the U. S., tomorrow is Thanksgiving.  I’ll be with my husband’s family, and I hope it will be a wonderful time for you.

Now, granted, if you’re on a weight loss journey, it can be a mixed blessing, but do the best you can.  It’s one day, then get right back on track on Friday.

I know, easier said than done.  All the food is steeped in tradition and memories, and often family members want you to eat with abandon.  Do your best while trying not to hurt feelings.

Quick tips: 

First, remember this is a holiday for: Giving thanks.

Focus on gratitude, the relationships and conversations, and your blessings. 

Choose foods that are meaningful to you, and enjoy every bite.
