We forget that so much of what we eat and the way we feel is driven by emotions.

  • Not best intent.  
  • Not “healthiest for you.”  

The key to reaching your goal is rarely just the food itself — it’s the thousands of other little choices and struggles we make throughout our day.  It’s the stress and overwhelm we feel as we go through our lives that impact what and how we eat. 

There is more to it of course, but when we face what’s driving us to food for comfort or stress relief, we can resolve those issues rather than stuffing it down and following it with a food chaser.  And if we aren’t eating for emotional reasons, it’s easier to make good choices, follow a nutrition plan, live in health, and reach our goals.  

That’s why I created the new Make It Happen program.  

Every year I have clients who come to me who like the idea of losing weight but for whatever reason can’t be consistent or get the results they want.  Maybe foods got boring.  Maybe their weight loss plateaued, and they got frustrated or disheartened.  Maybe they didn’t get the support from friends and family that they were expecting. Maybe they fell off the wagon again and just decided to stay off.  

The Make It Happen program gives you a clear plan and then supports you in reaching the goal, even if you stumble.

So what is the Program exactly?

You will get a private session with me every week of the program.   We’ll meet every week to help you stay on track, find balance in your life, and begin to see your confidence growing.  This will provide accountability as well as tackle any issues that trip you along the way.

Week 1: Review your Goals and Create Your Plan —
We hit the ground running with a deep dive into where you are and where you want to be, then we create a personal plan that you can start the next day.

Week 2: Metabolic Typing process: Personal evaluation, color coded recommended foods, and a sample menu plan.

Then we will meet every week to help you get on the right track and guide you through the process.

You also get my two video courses:

Emotional Eating:  Triggers and Solutions online video course. This is my fast start foundation program to make sure you understand the fundamentals and are primed to make the bigger changes.

My full online video course, Overcome Emotional Eating: What’s Really Eating You, an in-depth training you can refer to again and again.

BONUS: You can text or Voxer me for any emergency question or issue.  This is not for everyday use, but when something goes off the rails, you can reach out to me.
